Memorabilia & Collectables Framing

Mon, 05 Oct 2026 00:00:00 GMT

]]>Memorabilia & Collectables Framing

At Sunset Framing & Gallery, we specialise in custom memorabilia and collectables framing, with sports jerseys being one of the most commonly framed — but certainly not the only — items we work with.

From jerseys, boxing gloves and medals, through to signed memorabilia, vintage signage, caps and hats, sporting equipment, team items, collectable trading cards and even armed forces playing cards, our focus is on protecting, presenting and respecting what’s inside the frame.

Our design approach is intentionally considered. We believe the item should be the hero, not the frame — favouring classic, clean and curated layouts that allow your memorabilia to speak for itself. That said, if you’re after something more detailed — layered matting, statement frame combinations, rounded or decorative mat cut-outs, or bold feature elements — we can absolutely tailor a design to suit your vision.

This service is led by Framer Scott, our specialist in sports and collectables framing. A former representative cricket and soccer player, and a long-time footy and V8 fan, Scott understands the emotional value behind sports memorabilia and collectables. He genuinely enjoys hearing the stories behind each piece and translating that meaning into a framing solution that feels right.

We offer fully customised framing options, including classic square corners through to rounded or feature mat openings, and access to official team-coloured mat boards through our professional framing suppliers. Every setup is designed to protect your item while presenting it with balance, longevity and visual impact.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful, well-designed framing solution for a sports jersey, memorabilia item or collectable of significance, we invite you to get in touch.
Call us or email to book a face-to-face consultation and let’s create a framing solution that does your item justice — now and for years to come.

]]>From treasured family heirlooms to culturally significant textiles and contemporary designer pieces, our custom textile framing service is designed to preserve, protect and proudly display the items that tell your story.

Textiles often hold memories that can't be replaced. Whether it's a hand-stitched tapestry, a cherished wedding dress, a designer silk scarf, an heirloom christening gown, delicate crochet or knitting, traditional woven garments, fine needlework, doilies, rugs transformed into striking wall art, ceremonial clothing, handcrafted masks or treasured keepsakes, every piece deserves thoughtful handling and a framing solution tailored to its unique needs.

At Sunset Framing & Gallery, we use conservation-minded framing techniques wherever possible to carefully support and display delicate fabrics without compromising their integrity. Every project is individually designed to complement the texture, colour and significance of the textile while helping protect it from dust, handling and environmental damage for years to come.

No two textile framing projects are ever the same. Our experienced team works closely with you to create a custom design that suits both the piece and the space where it will be displayed. Whether you're preserving a family heirloom, celebrating your cultural heritage, showcasing fine craftsmanship or creating a stunning feature piece for your home or business, we can help bring your vision to life.

]]>Art Framing – Ideas, Inspiration & Custom Framing in Port Macquarie

The right frame can completely change the way an artwork looks, feels and sits within a space. This gallery brings together examples of custom art framing completed by Sunset Framing & Gallery in Port Macquarie, giving you ideas and inspiration for framing artwork of all styles, sizes and stories.

From original paintings, drawings, watercolours and limited-edition prints through to children's artwork, collected pieces, sentimental art and artwork purchased for the home or workplace, every piece presents a different framing opportunity. Some artworks call for something clean and understated, while others can handle colour, texture, wide mat boards, timber finishes or a frame that becomes part of the overall statement.

If you've recently purchased an artwork and are wondering how to frame it, this collection is a great place to start. Browse through the different combinations of frames, mat boards, proportions and presentation styles to see what catches your eye. You don't need to know the technical framing terms or arrive knowing exactly what you want — that's part of what we're here to help with.

For artists, professional framing can help prepare original artwork, works on paper and exhibition pieces for presentation and sale. For families, even the smallest masterpiece can become something worth celebrating on the wall — children's drawings and paintings can make fantastic framed pieces for the family home. We also work with businesses, accommodation providers, offices and other commercial spaces looking for professional framing solutions for individual artworks or larger collections.

Original Vintage Movie Posters BB5

Mon, 05 Oct 2026 00:00:00 GMT

]]>Blue Batch 5 – Original Movie Posters

This batch forms part of a much larger collection of original theatrical movie posters, with every poster available for individual purchase or complete batch acquisition.
At Sunset Framing & Gallery, we are progressively releasing one of Australia's most comprehensive privately managed collections of original movie posters. Rather than waiting for the entire archive to be catalogued, each batch is being made available as it is completed, giving collectors early access to authentic theatrical releases from across the history of cinema.
This batch features genuine cinema-issued posters representing a variety of genres, studios and decades. Every poster was originally produced to promote a film during its theatrical release, making each one an authentic piece of movie memorabilia with its own place in cinema history.
Collectors appreciate original movie posters not only for the films they represent, but also for their artwork, historical significance and increasing rarity. As original theatrical material becomes more difficult to source, authentic posters continue to attract collectors, investors, interior designers and film enthusiasts worldwide.
As additional batches are released, individual listings will continue to be updated with detailed descriptions, condition notes and market valuations based on Australian collector sales. We encourage visitors to return regularly as new discoveries are continually added to the collection.
Whether you're beginning your collection, searching for a long-lost favourite or looking to acquire multiple posters for commercial or private use, we're pleased to assist. We also welcome enquiries from dealers, museums, production companies, stylists and resellers seeking larger purchases.
Should you wish to display your purchase, our custom framing team specialises in museum-quality conservation framing designed to protect and showcase original movie posters for generations to come.

Thank you for visiting this release from our growing collection of original theatrical movie posters.
Sale enquiries, bulk purchase enquiries and realistic offers are always welcome.
