Slow down without having to stop.

This Calm-by-Design collage session invites you into the thoughtful, quietly playful world of surrealist postcard making at Sunset Framing & Gallery in Port Macquarie.

Rather than facing a blank page and wondering what to create, you’ll be gently guided through three structured creative rounds. Each round follows a clear, supportive process — helping you move through idea, gathering, composition and completion without overwhelm.

The structure removes the pressure of the “big what,” while still leaving space for your personality, perspective, and creative rhythm to shine through.

By the end of the session, you’ll have three finished postcard-sized artworks — small, expressive pieces that feel uniquely yours. Perfect for styling a shelf, tucking into a journal, or gifting to someone special.

What to Expect in a Calm-by-Design Session
• A warm welcome and moment to pause
• Thoughtfully curated collage materials (vintage, recycled and bespoke printed papers)
• Gentle, step-by-step guidance with room to move
• A light, open atmosphere
• Light refreshments included

This session is ideal for capable, always-doing people who want soothing, low-pressure making time. No experience needed. No pressure to be “artistic.” Just bring yourself.

Spots are intentionally limited to keep the space calm and personal.

Please note: Tickets are non-refundable. If something unexpected arises, your ticket may be transferred to another upcoming class or gifted to a friend or family member.
