Our in-house photographer, Cherie, brings more than 35 years of experience in the photographic industry. Beginning in photographic printing and processing at 16, she developed an understanding of image quality and the care needed to bring a photograph from capture to finished print. Alongside this work, she gained experience in local studios and assisted wedding photographers before establishing her own commercial, wedding and portrait photography business at 22. The following year, she opened a studio in Port Macquarie’s Bellbowrie area.
Her career has since grown to include content creation for local businesses, tourism and the creative community. Combined with her experience in business and digital marketing, this brings a practical understanding of how photographs can preserve memories, tell your story and support your next promotion.
With a calm, friendly approach, Cherie helps people feel comfortable while capturing natural interactions, key moments and thoughtful details. From speakers and performances to candid conversations and the finishing touches, each photograph contributes to the story of your event.
